Sivan's Talking Watch

The Diaries of Wilhelmina Brody

January 13, 1871

Sir C and Namaste are safely wedded, hooray! It will be dark soon I hope everything goes according to plan.

One has to wonder what mental deficiencies our foes must think we possess. Soon after twilight yesterday I sent up the flare to start the fireworks display. Almost immediately I noticed that Humphry's rockets were not being launched. Several of the league then piled into a carriage to see what was the matter at the grange. We arrived to find one Earl of Dovercort stretched out on the lab table his blood being evacuated and replaced with the electrolyte solution. His plan was while we were all distracted with the festivities to use Sir Charles' process on himself and become immortal. In his haste he neglected to have his servants preform several important steps to the procedure. We attempted to reverse the flow off blood and electrolyte solution but it was too late. His death is being ruled suicide.

Proceed to Studies progressing nicely
