December 5, 1870
It's here! Sir C and household, that includes me, are invited to attend the residency of one E. Scrooge . On the 24 of December in the year of 1870. I get to go indoors this year! Last year they had a full sized elk made out of candy.

 

December 6, 1870
Mrs Frazer had me go talk to Sir C today about attending Mr Scrooge's party. Sir C agreed that I could go. I feel like I have accidentally drank a whole glass of laudanum.

 

December 7, 1870
Pressure test on the power diving suits today.

 

December 9, 1870
Howard and I worked on our Christmas surprise.

 

December 10, 1870
Lord Greyminster spent a good deal of time in the library today. He had almost as many books out as Edward.

 

December 11, 1870
Busy day around the manor Lord Greyminister is taken the night train to London. Sir C wanted to take him on his Special tomorrow. Lord Greyminster said he wanted to arrive tonight, and something about taking a count.

 

December 12, 1870
Mr Reed was in a very jolly mood maybe it's the snow.

 

December 13, 1870
The Radicals had a snow ball fight in Sir C s yard he even joined in.

 

December 15, 1870
Sir C went to Lord Greyminster's club for lunch. Edward managed to find parking right next to the stable house.

 

December 16, 1870
Picked up Miss Whitnell, Miss Chigwidgeon, and Salmalin from the station house Sir C was almost glowing when he saw Namasti.

 

December 17, 1870
Minor trouble with the boiler this morning G and I had it sorted before lunch. Miss Whitnell, Mrs Frazer, Mrs Whitnell, and Emily took George and went shopping.

 

December 18, 1870
The cast is coming off my arm today what a relief.

 

December 20, 1870
Success! The powered diving suits work better than expected! Mrs Sin Frazer tromped around the bottom of the Thames for a good 30 minutes. She even carried a large piece of detritus from the middle of the channel back to shore.

 

December 21, 1870
Miss Chiwidgeon and the rest of the Ladies headed off to Goxhill. After dropping them off at the train station I spend the rest of the day working on Christmas presents.

 

December 22, 1870
Howard, George, Myself, and most of the radicals spent the day wrapping up presents. I have discussed my plans for Christmas with Sir C and he has given me his blessings and a letter of credit to spend at Wonka's.

 

December 23, 1870
Attempted the castle last night Gaurdsman Jeffers caught Edward but he did so at Mr Browns door. Mr Brown called it a draw. Jeffers is a right good lurker for a toff.

 

December 24, 1870
Presents are all ready to go Edward is dressed up and so clean he squeaks. We are off to Mr Scrooge's Party!

Packed up the Sinkable Namasti to head out to Goxhill just a few mor touches and it will be ready to present to her.

 

December 29, 1870
Work progresses on the sinkable boat it is about ready for testing. Mr Reed wants to do it at night to avoid unwanted gawkers..

 

January 1, 1871
Sir C just arrived back home. He remembered Edward's birthday and brought him a book on ornothopters.

 

January 2, 1871
Miss Whitnell came breezing in today she said she had to go shopping and dragooned George and Emily to escort her.

 

January 3, 1871
The Wedding is almost here Sir C's present is done but I still have to put the ornamentation on Miss Namasti's . Oh I don't know if I will be able to finish in time.
