April 29, 1870
Everyone is rushing around today, the household is off to Liverpool.
They need to investigate some unfinished business concerning the
"spooky monster" and the devil monkey Iota.
April 30, 1870
The house is quiet today I worked on the calculating engine for
the sinkable boat, as well as tinkering around with Edward's copy
of Dr Wilson's rocket gun. I think I will go out on the roof and
watch the stars.
May 3, 1870
Edward and Owen are back! Oh, maybe I should mention who Owen
is, he is a dog Edward seems to have adopted. He is very friendly
and intelligent. Edward is all agush with tales of desolate wastelands,
monkey eating plants, ghosts, and insane rocket scientists.
